To our valued patients: A friendly reminder that all appointments are booked in Arizona Mountain Standard Time (MST) and that late cancellation and/or no show fees will still apply in the case of a missed appointment due to the time zone difference.
Please note: Arizona does not change timezones, so the time differences will vary depending on the time of year. What we recommend is to add Phoenix to your weather app and then you will always see our current time.
Until the next time change on November 5th, 2023, we will be on the same time as PST, an hour behind other MST states that did change time, 2 hours behind CST, and 3 hours behind EST.

New Patients
Dr. Jillian Smithers is a Naturopathic Medical Doctor providing personalized, integrative medical care to women with hormonal imbalances. Returning/Existing Patients
For patients scheduling an appointment with Dr. Smithers to review labs/treatments/etc. A 45-minute follow up is always preferred, but if it has been less than 6 months since you were last seen and you have no new concerns, then a 30-minute follow up is fine if you choose.
